91. Scenes from the Second Seat on the Right

Sunday, November 30th, 1:00pm
Edith and Myrtle

Myrtle: Oh Edie, this Christmas shopping…

Edith: You should make Paddy do some of it. With all the grandkids you’ve got to buy for.

Myrtle: Paddy? Pfft. He’d be running up to the mall on Christmas Eve and I’d be stuck wrapping it all until dawn.

Edith: You do far too much my dear.

Myrtle: (pats Edith on the knee) That’s all right pet. I wanted to buy you a new pair of shoes anyway.

Edith: (smiles at Myrtle) You just want to see that hottie in the shoe store again.

Myrtle winks.

Edith: At least neither of us are going to run out of shoes for a while.

Both titter.

Next stop: Monday, December 1st, 5:30pm
