She glanced down with panic in her eyes . The sheer altitudeBasilica Organ of her position was dizzying and horrific. Her grip upon the precipice was becoming weaker and weaker. Knowing her grasp was tenuous, she gave one last desperate attempt to pull herself up.

“It’s no use! I can’t hold on any longer!” she cried. “I give up!”

She let go.

And she lived.
