Dear Diary
“Of all the millions of fish in the sea, you’re the one I want.”
You know how many guys have said that to me over the years? Of course you do. You’re my diary. I should go back and count. Because all of them? Were lying.
Today Jimmy said it. Jimmy of all people. I could look into his blue eyes and almost believe it.
Should I, Diary? Is he really “The One”? I guess we’ll see.
Ooh, I really liked this. It felt so personal, and I feel that we can all relate to that moment in where we decide whether to give a person a chance or not.
Thanks Linda,
– Ainsworth, 🙂 Xx
Thank you, Ainsworth. 🙂 I love finding that people can relate to my fiction.
Hehe, and I love the feeling of being able to relate to fiction. Especially when it is written so beautifully, like yours 🙂
Thanks again Linda!
– Ainsworth, 🙂 Xx
P.S. I’m considering doing ‘SoCS’ this week… 🙂
Awww… you’re too kind. Thanks, Ainsworth. 🙂
I hope you do participate in SoCS! There’s nothing more freeing than just writing your heart out and hitting that publish button without editing. 😀
Ooh, see not editing is something I’m really scared of! Haha, but you know what? I am up for trying something new! Wait, are we allowed to plan?! Like, how much planning can we do?! Hahaha 😂😂😂
Thanks,
– A Very Worried Ainsworth 😂😂😂 Xx
You can plan a word. 😉 Hehe.
Really the point is that you can plan all you want, but if your mind wanders off topic, go with it. Only return to the plan if your stream of consciousness runs out. 🙂
Don’t worry, be happy! 😀
Hahaha, thanks to someone yes I can! 😉 Okay, that sounds good to me! I’ll do it! Hehe, here goes!
Thanks again,
– Ainsworth, 🙂
P.S. When you said ‘Don’t worry, be happy’ made me think of a song. Haha 😂😂😂
Great song, even better video. 😀
Looking forward to reading your SoCS post… tomorrow. I’m off to bed.
Good night, Ainsworth. 🙂
Hehe, I look forward to writing it! I’ll speak to you tomorrow (which is 2:48PM Saturday here at the moment so it’ll be today for me 😂😂😂).
Goodnight Linda!
Thanks for all the help and yhe encouragement 🙂
– Ainsworth, Xx
Okay, I have to ask: where in the world are you?
Hehe, well Linda… I currently reside in sunny Australia! 😊😊😊
If you don’t mind me asking, where on Earth do you live?
– Ainsworth, 🙂 Xx
That’s what I thought, based on the time zone. I’m in rapidly cooling Canada. 😛 Near Toronto. 🙂
Ooh Canada, to be honest I’ve always wanted to go to Canada. I love cold weather! So going there I feel would really make me happy, haha 😂
I also have an Aunt that lives in Canada. And hopefully someday I’ll get to visit her 😁
– Ainsworth, Xx
Ugh! You can have it! Haha! I’ll trade places with you in the winter, how’s that? 😀 Because seriously, until you’ve experienced the type of cold that freezes your nose hairs together the second you step out the door, you ain’t experienced nothin’! 😉 😀
Hahaha, the Winter isn’t usually that bad here. Like it’s it’s usually between 5 degrees and in the early 20’s degrees. But I guess it’s a whole lot worse there huh? Hahaha 😂😂😂
Understatement I know 😂😂😂
– Ainsworth, Xx
-45 with the wind chill? Yeah. 😉 When it goes up to 5, we go out in shorts and t-shirts. 😀
Hahaha, we go out in shorts and t-shirts when it gets to 27-40 degrees. Honestly there was a day last year where it was 40 degrees and it was so humid! And I had to go to school, as my parents wouldn’t let me stay home… So I didn’t even get air conditioning! 😐😐😐
We’re rugged up when it’s 5 degrees though! 😂😂😂

Your stories are amazing! You write really well. I’d love if you could check out some of my work as well and give me some feedback. It would really help me improve since you know what you are doing. 😀

Of course I’ll come and have a read. Thank you very much. 🙂
